Anzalone has a history of shoulder issues, including multiple dislocations of that right shoulder. He's set to hit unrestricted free agency in March.

The Lions watched MLB Alex Anzalone leave with an injury for the 2nd straight game Sunday against the Cardinals. This time a shoulder injury knocked him out. The week before, an ankle injury cut his appearance short and rendered Anzalone questionable for Week 15. We'll see about his availability for Week 16 and beyond. LB Josh Woods also left Sunday's win over Arizona with a shoulder injury.
