Commanders LB Leo Chenal left the field on a stretcher in the second quarter Sunday with a neck injury. Fortunately, he was moving his arms and legs in the wake of the injury. Fox's Pam Oliver reported that Chenal had feeling in his extremities as well. Second-year LB Kain Medrano stepped in for Chenal, who had already been filling in for Frankie Luvu (groin). We'll see about the status for both guys heading into Week 4.
Chiefs LB Nick Bolton left Wednesday's practice after injuring his left elbow. He reportedly spent a while in the medical tent by the field before riding a cart to the locker room. It's tough to know yet whether that represented urgency or convenience. We'll watch for more from the team on how long Bolton might be out.
Chiefs LB Willie Gay Jr. (lower back) is active for today's game against the Dolphins. He still shouldn't be in IDP lineups, though. Gay is averaging just 3.9 total tackles per game on the year with limited big plays. Drue Tranquill should be the only K.C. LB in consideration for your lineup.
