Ricky Pearsall Injury History & Analysis

Niners WR Ricky Pearsall limped off the field in the first quarter after a hip-drop tackle by Titans S Kevin Winston on his first reception. He was pretty clearly favoring his left knee but remained on the sideline. We'll see about his status as the game progresses. It's at least the opposite knee from the one in which he suffered his early-season PCL injury.

Update: Pearsall returned before the end of the quarter.

The San Francisco 49ers have placed WR Brandon Aiyuk on the PUP list, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. He’ll miss at least the four weeks of the season.

Niners HC Kyle Shanahan told reporters Monday that all the team's "ACL guys" -- in the words of The Athletic's Matt Barrows -- are on track to return around Week 6. That includes WR Brandon Aiyuk, of course.
