Like CeeDee Lamb, Gallup has a decent shot at setting a new career high in target share. The departures of Amari Cooper and Cedrick Wilson are primary factors there. Gallup has operated on high-value targets through his 4 seasons, working further downfield than other Cowboys wideouts and increasing his end-zone presence the past 2 years. And Dallas clearly committed to him in free agency. But Gallup needs to show that he’s back from the left ACL tear that knocked him out in Week 17. That’s a short window for the start of the season, and Gallup’s reliance on explosive plays seems to heighten the challenge in that area. We’ll be watching him closely through summer. For now, the 5th-year wideout is not someone we’re targeting in drafts.
