Trenton Irwin's Preseason Player AnalysisTee Higgins doubtful for Week 18
Bengals WR Tee Higgins (hamstring) is listed as doubtful for Sunday’s finale vs. the Browns. He’ll wind up missing five games and parts of a few others in a disappointing 2023 campaign. We’ll see if Cincinnati lets Higgins hit the free-agent market this offseason. He’ll be replaced by some combination of WRs Trenton Irwin and Andrei Iosivas this weekend.
Tee Higgins out for Week 12
Bengals WR Tee Higgins (hamstring) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Steelers. He remained sidelined in practice all week and has no timetable for return. Tyler Boyd and Trenton Irwin will again operate as Cincinnati’s No. 2 and No. 3 WRs this weekend, but neither is an attractive fantasy play with QB Jake Browning.
Tee Higgins out for Week 11
Bengals WR Tee Higgins (hamstring) is out for Thursday night's game vs. the Ravens. He was always a long shot to play on the short week. We'll see if he can make it back for Week 12. Higgins' absence elevates Tyler Boyd to top-25 status in the WR Rankings and puts WR Trenton Irwin in play in one-game DFS contests.
Tee Higgins out for Week 10
Bengals WR Tee Higgins (hamstring) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Texans. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport called Higgins "week-to-week" after hurting his hamstring in Wednesday's practice. We'll see if he can make it back for Week 11. WR Trenton Irwin filled in for Higgins back in Week 5, running a route on 91% of pass plays and posting an 8-60-0 line on 10 targets. We'd still consider Irwin a desperation fantasy play. WRs Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd should pick up more targets with Higgins out.
Rapoport: Tee Higgins not expected to play Week 10
Bengals WR Tee Higgins is not expected to play vs. the Texans this weekend after hurting his hamstring in Wednesday's practice, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "He'll be evaluated on a week-to-week basis going forward," Rapoport adds. It's certainly possible that this turns into a multi-game absence, but Higgins is worth hanging on to on fantasy rosters for now. We'll see if WR Ja'Marr Chase (back) is able to play vs. Houston on Sunday. If not, Cincinnati would be down to WRs Tyler Boyd, Trenton Irwin, and Andrei Iosivas.
