Jalen Pitre Ruled Out for Week 10

Jalen Pitre Ruled Out for Week 10

The Texans have ruled DB Jalen Pitre out for Sunday's game against the Jaguars with a concussion. His absence likely means full playing time for S/CB M.J. Stewart. Edge Will Anderson, meanwhile, carries no injury designation after finishing the week with a full practice. He opened by missing Wednesday's workout with a quad injury but appears good to go.

Texans Edge Will Anderson Jr. and LB Christian Harris are inactive for today's game against the Titans. Harris was questionable with an ankle issue, but Anderson practiced in full all week. His deactivation at the least could signal a bit about Houston's plan in a game it doesn't need to win. Most other defensive starters are available, but there will be risk to any of them in IDP lineups.

The Texans have ruled Edge Will Anderson Jr. out for Sunday night's game against the Lions with an ankle injury. Anderson didn't practice at all this week. We'll see about his viability for Week 11, but you should plan as though he won't be available.

Texans second-year Edge Will Anderson Jr. might be iffy for Week 1. Anderson hasn't practiced since the week of the Hall of Fame game, which opened the preseason on Aug. 1. HC Demeco Ryans reportedly gave no specific info on Anderson's outlook after Monday's closed walkthrough.

The Texans have ruled Edge Jonathan Greenard (ankle) out for Saturday's game against the Colts. Edge Will Anderson Jr. (ankle) is questionable for the second straight week. He followed the same practice schedule as Week 17, sitting out the first two days before returning to a limited workout. Anderson played through the questionable tag for normal duty and good production last week. You can find him in a usable range in our Week 18 DL rankings.
