Geoff Swaim Injury Updates

Jaguars TE Geoff Swaim exited in the 4th quarter of Sunday's game against the Saints to get checked for a concussion and didn't return. We'll see whether he was diagnosed with a concussion, but it seems that way. Jacksonville lost TE James O'Shaughnessy to a torn ACL last week and is still waiting for rookie TE Josh Oliver to return from a hamstring injury. Seth DeValve finished out Sunday's game as the lead TE.

Jaguars TE Josh Oliver has what HC Doug Marrone called a "serious" hamstring injury. "I don't know how he heals. I don't know how he'll react to it," Marrone admitted. "I'd like to be able to get him back but we'll prepare and get everyone else reps." We'll see when Oliver is able to get back on the field, but he wasn't much of a redraft option anyway. The rookie's absence leaves Geoff Swaim as Jacksonville's top TE.

Cowboys TE Geoff Swaim injured his right knee in Sunday's loss to the Redskins. He hauled in all 3 of his targets for 25 yards before exiting. Rookie TE Dalton Schultz picked up some playing time in Swaim's absence. We'll look for more info on his injury today.
