Dolphins rookie WRs Chris Bell and Caleb Douglas are listed as starters on the team's Week 1 depth chart. "We believe those guys deserve to start, and we're gonna start them," HC Jeff Hafley said Wednesday.

Douglas ran with the first-team offense throughout training camp. Bell was activated from the non-football injury list on August 17 and played in Miami's final preseason game, his first action since December ACL surgery. Hafley said that Bell won't be on a snap count in Sunday's opener vs. the Raiders.
Neither rookie should be anywhere near Week 1 fantasy lineups, and they have tough roads to fantasy relevance in what figures to be a low-volume, low-production Miami passing game.
But they'll be worth monitoring early on this season and might be worth stashing in deep redraft leagues.
