The Packers run game struggled to operate against a strong Vikings front. Chris Brooks led the RBs with 38 snaps, leading to 7 rushes for 29 yards. MarShawn Lloyd played fewer snaps (30), but ran 13 times for 37 yards. Neither played a major role in the passing game with both running only 9 routes and Lloyd having the only RB target.
2026 Fantasy Football Impact
The Packers appear set to rotate Lloyd and Brooks in their run game. Lloyd played 63% of his snaps on early downs and short-yardage situations. Brooks played 80% of his snaps on third downs and in two-minute drills.
Expect Lloyd to carry the early-down workload while Brooks gives more of a change of pace on passing downs.
That should benefit Lloyd if the Packers get ahead in games (and can actually be effective rushing).
They face the Jets next week, which should be an easier matchup.
