Week 14 FanDuel Cash-Game Picks

Top Plays for Head-to-Head and 50/50 Contests

Quarterbacks

Justin Fields, Bears ($7,990) vs. Lions

Some games bring weather concerns, but the forecast in Chicago looks just fine. Good thing, as the Lions have allowed the third most fantasy points per game to QBs over the past five weeks.

I’d consider pivoting to Jameis Winston and his cheap price if Derek Carr sits, but Fields does sit No. 1 in our QB $/point ranks.

What helps: His massive rushing volume, which includes 49 attempts over his last four games.

Also consider: Jameis Winston

Running Backs

Bijan Robinson, Falcons ($7,100) vs. Bucs

Here’s your mispriced FanDuel play of the week.

Robinson sits RB3 in our half-PPR ranks. He’s 14th(!) in FanDuel salary, despite 23, 22, and 24 opportunities over the past three weeks.

Note: Robinson’s first game against the Bucs turned up only 1 carry for 3 yards, but he was held out with a headache. He’s been fine since then, while the Bucs are dealing with some key defensive injuries (DT Vita Vea and LB Devin White, among others.)

Zack Moss, Colts ($6,800) at Bengals

Moss failed to deliver last week, but you have to love his usage.

On 67 snaps – 94% – he handled 22 of 25 team RB opportunities. With Jonathan Taylor sidelined, that type of volume upside will remain in a better matchup vs. Cincinnati.

Entering Week 14, the Bengals slot 29th in rush defense DVOA. They’ve given up five rushing scores over the last four games alone.

Also consider: Christian McCaffrey, Alvin Kamara, Rachaad White, Jerick McKinnon

Wide Receiver

Amon-Ra St. Brown, Lions ($8,200) at Bears

St. Brown tallied 8 catches, 77 yards, and 1 TD in a Week 11 meeting with Chicago.

Zooming out, he has reached 12 FD points in each game this season, making him one of the most bankable assets in fantasy.

Ja’Marr Chase, Bengals ($7,900) vs. Colts

Which Jake Browning will we get against the Colts?

The guy who threw for 354-1 against Jacksonville -- or the guy who bombed one week prior vs. Pittsburgh?

The Indy matchup suggests Browning can at least be functional for a reasonably priced Chase. Cincy is implied for a decent 23 points against a Colts unit sitting 17th in PFF’s coverage grades. Over the past three games, they’ve surrendered the following lines to opposing WR1s:

  • Demario Douglas: 6 catches for 84 yards
  • Mike Evans: 6 catches for 70 yards and 2 TDs
  • DeAndre Hopkins: 5 catches for 75 yards and 1 TD

Rashee Rice, Chiefs ($6,300) vs. Bills

Here are Rice’s fantasy lines since a Week 10 bye:

  • 4 catches for 42 yards (11.6% target share)
  • 8 catches for 107 yards and 1 score (29.4% target share)
  • 8 catches for 64 yards (27.2% target share)

The rookie has also out-targeted Travis Kelce 24-21 over that stretch.

It’s reasonable to expect steady volume against a thinned-out Buffalo pass D – especially with Isiah Pacheco sidelined.

Also consider: Keenan Allen, Davante Adams, Elijah Moore (especially if Amari Cooper sits), Parker Washington

Tight End

Dalton Kincaid, Bills ($5,800) at Chiefs

Buffalo’s implied for 23.5 points, tied for fourth-highest on the main slate.

Will Kincaid get a piece? His role looked stable prior to a Week 13 bye, with 6+ targets in six straight. Although Dawson Knox appears on track to return, I expect his reinsertion to take more away from WR Khalil Shakir.

Also note: Kansas City will play without LB Drue Tranquill and S Bryan Cook.

Also consider: Travis Kelce

Defense

Browns ($3,800) vs. Jaguars

Also consider: Saints
