Parker Washington Won't Play Week 14

Jaguars WR Parker Washington (hip) won't play vs. the Colts today, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. That's not a surprise after Washington got in just one limited practice this week. We've had him projected out all week, so there are no changes to the Week 14 rankings. WRs Jakobi Meyers and Brian Thomas and TE Brenton Strange get target projection boosts with Washington out.
