T.J. Watt Lands in Hospital, Iffy for Monday Night

Steelers Edge T.J. Watt is in the hospital getting "further medical evaluation of his lung after experiencing discomfort" at the team's practice facility Wednesday, according to Steelers spokesman Burt Lauten.

        What They're Saying

Lauten: "He will not be at practice on Thursday, and his status for Monday night's game vs. Miami is in question. Coach Tomlin will provide more updates at the appropriate time."

        2025 Fantasy Football Impact

We obviously don't know at this point whether to expect Watt to be ready. His record does tell us that he'll almost certainly be out there if doctors say he can play.

If Watt can't go, Nick Herbig would likely take on his full role and be playable as an IDP -- where he makes sense -- against the Dolphins.

Tua Tagovailoa has averaged just two sacks taken per game this season, though, and doesn't present a terrific pass-rush matchup.
