Titans WR Elic Ayomanor left the practice field favoring his left shoulder Thursday. Fortunately, it "checked out and is good to go" as of Friday, according to longtime Titans reporter Paul Kuharsky. That should allow the second-year wideout to continue what has reportedly been an impressive camp performance.

Easton Freeze of A to Z Sports, on the first day of padded practice earlier in the week: "Ayomanor made it impossible to look anywhere else. The big-bodied, traditional X-style receiver didn't just maintain the momentum he'd been building throughout the early days of camp. He elevated his game with the pads on, just as you'd hope a player with his frame and physicality would. Ayomanor was making plays all day long."
2026 Fantasy Football Impact: Still a Tough Path to Relevance
We liked Ayomanor's upside as a prospect entering the league last year, though his Round 4 draft position made it clear he'd require patience.
The Titans, of course, then drafted Carnell Tate fourth overall and signed Wan'Dale Robinson for big money in free agency.
That obviously lowers the ceiling for Ayomanor this season, but he's capable of beating veteran Calvin Ridley for the No. 3 WR job. And that could even include some duty in two-WR sets with Robinson (most commonly a slot man) leaving the field.
Ayomanor's unlikely to make much 2026 fantasy impact as long as everyone's healthy in an unproven offense with an unproven QB. But keep an eye on him as a waiver option in case Tate or Robinson goes down, and consider the second-year Titan as a deep-league stash.
His strong camp also makes Ridley even less attractive for 2026 leagues.
Chimere Dike's slot-heavy profile -- 68% of his pass snaps in 2025, according to Pro Football Focus -- pits him more in competition with Robinson than with Ayomanor and Ridley for offensive playing time.
Dynasty Impact: Long-Term Upside More Attractive
Here's where the positive turns matter more or Ayomanor.
Although the arrivals of Tate and Robinson likely block his fantasy upside for this season, talented WRs tend to find a way to emerge. And circumstances can take unforeseeable turns.
If you already have Ayomanor on a dynasty roster, keep him stashed. If you don't, consider trying him as a throw-in to a larger trade package.
