The criminal damage to property charge will be dismissed after 12 months if Jacobs completes the deferred judgment agreement. That should close the legal side of this case and leave the NFL's next move as the remaining question. ESPN's Rob Demovsky expects the league to remove Jacobs from the exempt list and hand him the typical six-game suspension for domestic violence.

2026 Fantasy Football Impact
We still need the league to make this official, but a six-game suspension would keep Jacobs out until Green Bay's Week 7 meeting with the Lions. That would give RB MarShawn Lloyd a shot to serve as lead back over the first 6 games and potentially keep a role after Jacobs returns.
But there's now a good chance Jacobs is the Packers' lead back for the final 11 games of the season, barring injury. He should be owned in all fantasy leagues.
