Commanders QB Jayden Daniels will not be placed on IR with his dislocated left elbow, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Daniels has spent the week consulting with specialists on his injury and seemingly got good news. He's considered "week to week" going forward, per Schefter.

This is surprising news considering Daniels missed 4 weeks the first time he dislocated his elbow last season. Washington has a Week 7 bye, so Daniels could have missed 4 games, gotten another week off, and returned in Week 8.
But the Commanders evidently expect him to be cleared before then.
Daniels is out for Sunday's game against the Seahawks. We'll see about his status beyond that. But he's worth keeping stashed in the vast majority of fantasy leagues.
