Rams Edge Myles Garrett got a recovery timeline of "roughly six weeks" following his knee surgery earlier this month, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Six weeks from his Sept. 14 surgery would be Oct. 26, the day after the Rams' Week 7 meeting with the Raiders.

It appears that we should expect Garrett to remain out through Week 7. We'll see if that timeline shortens at all.
We'll also have to watch reports on his readiness around that return date. It's difficult at the moment to expect full Garrett in his first game back, especially considering his limited participation this summer and diminished Week 1 performance.
What to do with Garrett in fantasy depends heavily on the specifics of your IDP league. The deeper the lineup and roster space, the more it makes sense to stash him as long as possible. The fewer defensive players you use, the more sense it might make to cut him loose for someone immediately helpful.
Edge Josaiah Stewart jumped from 43% playing time in the opener to 79% with Garrett out in Week 2. He has just 1 QB hit and 4 total pressures through two games, though, and shouldn't be in your Week 3 plans. We'll see whether Stewart can play his way into consideration beyond that.
