Commanders QB Jayden Daniels (elbow) is expected back in "3 weeks or sooner," according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. It's more confirmation than new reporting after Washington opted against placing Daniels on short-term IR, which would have knocked him out 4 weeks. Daniels won't play against the Seahawks today, but it sounds like he at least has a chance to play vs. the Colts in Week 4 and is expected back by Week 5 against the Giants. Rapoport adds that Daniels will wear a brace on that left elbow when he returns. He'll carry re-injury risk for the rest of the season.
