Colts TE Tyler Warren caught 7 of 9 targets for 83 yards in Sunday’s 34-22 loss to the Steelers. He also scored on a 1-yard run. His longest catch went for 29 yards, and he averaged 11.9 yards per catch. That added up to 21.4 PPR points. Warren tied Keenan Allen for the team lead in targets and led the Colts in catches and receiving yards.
2026 Fantasy Football Impact: A Different Kind of Usage
Warren entered the week with 23 catches for 130 yards and 2 TDs on 27 targets. He averaged just 5.7 yards per catch with a long of 15. Sunday’s 29-yard catch nearly doubled his previous long, and his 83 yards topped his 32.5 per game average by more than 50 yards. That’s the deeper usage his managers had hoped for after a slow start built on short targets. He also has a TD in three of his five games, counting Sunday’s rushing score. Pittsburgh entered ranked 20th in PPR points allowed to TEs (9.9 per game).
The Colts host the Titans in Week 6, then visit the Vikings and Jaguars. All three are tough for TEs. Tennessee allows the 9th-fewest TE points (9.4 per game), Minnesota the 8th-fewest (8.8), and Jacksonville the 6th-fewest (8.5). The Titans do rank 31st in our pass defense power rankings, so that game is the best of the bunch. Warren’s volume and TD ability keep him a TE1.
