Browns RB Quinshon Judkins (ankle) practiced all week, including a full workout on Friday, and is off the injury report for Sunday’s game vs. the Titans. RB Dylan Sampson (knee) is listed as questionable, but HC Todd Monken said Friday that he expects him to play. Sampson isn’t a fantasy option in his first action since the opener, but he could siphon some targets from Judkins.
