The Seahawks have ruled S Julian Love out for Sunday's game against the Commanders because of the hamstring injury that has sidelined him since Week 4. HC Mike Macdonald said Love suffered a setback ahead of Wednesday's practice. Love then missed all three practice days and is reportedly a candidate for IR.
The Seahawks selected S Nick Emmanwori with the third pick of the second round. Emmanwori might be the most athletic safety to enter the league. He rocked a 4.38-second 40 time at the Combine, at 6'3 and 220 pounds. Emmanwori also delivered a 98th-percentil vertical, 99th-percentile broad jump, and even an 85th-percentile performance in the bench press. And Emmanwori delivered on the field as well.
