Chargers HC Anthony Lynn says there's a "good chance" DE Joey Bosa (concussion) misses Sunday's game in Kansas City, according to The Orange County Register. With no Bosa last week, fellow starter Melvin Ingram already on IR and backup Uchenna Nwosu landing on IR, the Chargers started Isaac Rochell and Jerry Tillery on the edges against Denver. Looks like they'll be doing the same in Week 17 against the Chiefs' JV team. There's upside to each with K.C.'s OTs potentially sitting out.

The Chargers have ruled DE Joey Bosa (shin, concussion) out for Sunday's game against the Broncos. With Melvin Ingram already on IR and Uchenna Nwosu also ruled out, the Chargers will miss their top 3 DEs. That can only help Denver's matchup.

Chargers DE Joey Bosa is in the concussion protocol after suffering his injury in last Thursday's win over the Raiders. He played just 22% of the snaps in that one yet still collected 4 tackles. We'll see if Bosa can make it back for Sunday's game against the Broncos.

The Chargers have ruled DE Joey Bosa out for Sunday's game against the Dolphins. It'll be the 2nd straight game Bosa has missed with his concussion. DT Jerry Tillery slid out to start in Bosa's place and notched a sack for the 2nd straight game. He hasn't topped 1 solo tackle in a game since the opener, though.

Chargers DE Joey Bosa is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Raiders because of a concussion. That's the same way Bears WR Allen Robinson entered last weekend before playing against the Saints. You should assume that Bosa won't be available for your IDP lineup this week, though. Isaac Rochell would start in his place.

Chargers DE Joey Bosa suffered a concussion in Sunday's loss to the Broncos. He'll need to pass through the league protocol before returning to play. That puts Sunday's game against the Raiders in question. We'll see about his progress this week. DE Isaac Rochell looks like he'd benefit most with extra playing time should Bosa sit out.

Chargers DE Joey Bosa is active for tonight's game against the Saints. He entered the night questionable with multiple issues but should be in your IDP lineups if you waited for him.

Chargers DE Joey Bosa (triceps, knee) is questionable for Monday night’s game at New Orleans. He put in limited practices Friday and Saturday. We’d try to wait for him for IDP lineup, using Uchenna Nwosu as a potential fallback.

Chargers DE Joey Bosa didn't practice Wednesday. The team listed him with a triceps injury. We'll track his status throughout the week to see if he's in danger of missing time but haven't heard anything so far about this being a serious issue.

"He looks awesome. He feels really good. He looks to be in great shape." That's what Chargers DC Gus Bradley had to say this week at OTAs about DE Joey Bosa, according to Joe Reedy of The Associated Press. But then the player conceded that he's still dealing with pain in the left foot that cost him 9 games last season. "It's not causing a limp or anything," Bosa said. "It's just there. It's just something I notice. It's been getting better all offseason, so I could definitely see by camp or maybe even next year where it kind of starts fading away. Once you get into season, it gets pretty intense. So we'll see." We don't want to worry too much about the foot right now, especially if Bosa's taking part in OTAs. But we certainly can't ignore the situation either. We'll be watching this as closely as any other IDP situation. Bosa sits near the top of our 2019 DL rankings at the moment.

Chargers DE Joey Bosa is questionable for Sunday's game against the Broncos after managing limited practices all week in his return from the foot injury. Even if he's active this week, the team has already said he'll play a limited role. IDP owners are probably best off sitting him for this week -- but stashing Bosa now for the stretch run.

Chargers DE Joey Bosa put in a limited practice Wednesday, marking his 1st participation since Wednesday of Week 1. We'll see whether he's ready to play against the Broncos on Sunday. We'll also see how soon he can get back to a full snap allotment after missing the 1st 9 games with a foot injury. But Bosa should be stashed now in most IDP leagues.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Chargers DE Joey Bosa is "not anywhere near ready to play right now," despite recent progress in his recovery from the mid-foot sprain that has kept him out all season. That makes it sound like he won't be ready to play Week 9, when the Chargers return from their bye. We'll keep an eye on the star defender's progress.

Chargers DE Joey Bosa said Wednesday he expects to remain out with his foot injury through the team's Week 8 bye. That would put him back on Nov. 4 at Seattle, if he's ready when the Chargers return to action. We'll obviously see about that. In the meantime, he's droppable in nearly all redraft IDP leagues (if you haven't done so already).

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Chargers DE Joey Bosa is expected to be out "into October" with his foot injury. Bosa is rehabbing the foot but is reportedly still dealing with swelling. And surgery remains a possibility. Bosa is droppable in shallower redraft IDP leagues. Isaac Rochell played 91% of defensive snaps in Bosa's place in Week 1 but needs to show he can deliver us numbers before we trust him in fantasy football lineups. A Week 2 visit to Buffalo does present upside, though.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Chargers DE Joey Bosa is not expected to play Sunday in Buffalo. Bosa visited foot specialist Dr. Robert Anderson on Wednesday but remains week-to-week. Bosa is dealing with a bone bruise, which he suffered in practice last week. A previous injury to the same foot from early August had healed before the bone bruise occurred, according to the team. We'll see about Bosa's status for Week 3.
