Bills S Jordan Poyer (knee) is active for tonight's game against the Bengals. He was questionable after getting in just 1 limited practice. On the Cincinnati side, DE Sam Hubbard (calf) is inactive.

Bengals DL Sam Hubbard (calf) is questionable for Monday night's game against the Bills. He remained limited in practice all week after missing last Saturday's game. Hubbard might be worth a shot if his game weren't the last of the weekend. As it is, it will be difficult to wait for him in IDP lineups -- especially without knowing whether an active Hubbard might see a more limited role than usual. Try to avoid him.

The Bengals have ruled DE Sam Hubbard (calf) out for Saturday's game against the Patriots. EDGE Trey Hendrickson, however, will play after missing last week with a fractured left wrist. We'll see how effective he is with 1 good arm. Bengals CB Cam Taylor-Britt (shoulder) is questionable for the game.

Bengals DE Sam Hubbard injured his left calf in Sunday's win over the Buccaneers. NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports that the team expects Hubbard to miss "a few weeks" with the "hope" that he can make it back for the playoffs. Cincinnati was already missing EDGE Trey Hendrickson on Sunday, after he fractured a wrist the previous game. We'll see who's starting at those end spots for a Week 16 visit to New England.

Bengals DE Sam Hubbard (thigh) is active for today's game against the Browns. We'll see how much he actually plays, though, in a game Cincinnati clearly is not trying to win. Hubbard might be active because the team is missing so many other D-linemen. Trey Hendrickson, Larry Ogunjobi and B.J. Hill all remain on the COVID list, and D.J. Reader is inactive. LB Logan Wilson is also inactive.

Bengals DE Sam Hubbard is officially questionable for Sunday’s game against the Browns. We’re not sure how serious the thigh issue is, given that Hubbard finished the week with a full Friday practice. (He missed Wednesday then was limited Thursday.) The Bengals, of course, have already revealed that they’re resting some starters. We’ll see where Hubbard fits within that. The fact that many of the team’s other D-linemen are dealing with COVID or injuries might force Hubbard into at least some action. We’ve removed him from the rankings for now, though

The Bengals have activated DE Sam Hubbard from IR. Hubbard missed the past 3 games with an elbow injury but should be ready for Sunday's game against the Steelers. Hubbard belongs in IDP lineups most weeks when healthy, though this isn't a great matchup.

The Bengals on Tuesday designated DE Sam Hubbard to return from IR. That allows Hubbard to practice with the team this week. We'll see if his injured elbow is ready to return for Sunday's game against the Steelers. Hubbard is worth adding in IDP leagues where available this week, even if you don't plan to use him -- or gain the ability to use him -- against Pittsburgh.

The Bengals placed DE Sam Hubbard on IR with his left elbow injury ahead of Sunday's loss to the Colts. That means Hubbard will also miss at least weeks 7 and 8. He'll be eligible to return after the Week 9 bye, though, if that elbow is ready. Cincinnati still played DE Carlos Dunlap for a season-low 44% of the snaps against Indy, even with Hubbard out. Dunlap isn't much of an IDP option at his current usage.

Bengals DE Sam Hubbard left Sunday's loss to the Ravens with a left elbow injury. HC Zac Taylor told reporters Monday that Hubbard won't play in Week 6 and could miss multiple games. That likely gives slight playing-time boosts to DEs Carl Lawson and Carlos Dunlap. Rookie Khalid Kareem was the 4th DE in against Baltimore and could see the largest boost. None makes for a strong option this week against a tough Colts O-line.

The Bengals have ruled DE Sam Hubbard (knee) out for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Bengals starting DEs Carlos Dunlap and Sam Hubbard were both removed from the week's final injury report. Dunlap (hamstring) and Hubbard (ankle) each missed practice Thursday and put in limited participation Thursday. But each guy returned to a full practice Saturday. Use them as you normally would in IDP lineups. Cincinnati will miss OLB/DE Carl Lawson, who is doubtful with a hamstring injury.

The Bengals spent 3rd-round NFL Draft picks on Texas LB Malik Jefferson and Ohio State DE Sam Hubbard in Round 3 of the NFL Draft. Jefferson delivered 110 tackles as a 2017 junior, including 10 tackles for loss. He also tallied 13 career sacks after arriving as a top recruit. HC Marvin Lewis said he believes Jefferson can play all 3 LB spots, according to Paul Dehner of the Cincinnati Enquirer. Jefferson could compete for the middle or strong-side jobs soon, or fill in early for once-again-suspended Vontaze Burfict on the weak side. Hubbard, meanwhile, tallied 17 sacks across 3 college seasons and posted 13.5 total tackles for loss in 2017. He'll join a solid DE rotation in Cincinnati.
