Nick Bolton Gets Three-Year Extension
The Chiefs have agreed to a three-year deal with LB Nick Bolton. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the contract is worth $45 million, with $30 million of that fully guaranteed. That keeps Bolton from reaching unrestricted free agency.

Jones and McDuffie are listed with injuries, but they're likely sitting out for the same reason as the others: because K.C. doesn't need this game. Chiefs expected to activate Nick Bolton for Week 14
The Chiefs are expected to activate LB Nick Bolton (wrist) from IR ahead of Sunday's game against the Bills, according to ChiefsDigest.com. Bolton put in three full practices this week but will need to be activated before 4 p.m. ET Saturday to be eligible to play. If he's back, we'd use him in most IDP cases. You'll find Bolton near LB1 territory in our Week 14 LB rankings. Kansas City has ruled LB Drue Tranquill (concussion) out for the game. But that won't really matter if Bolton's back. Tranquill has been filling in for Bolton but plays a minimal role when Bolton's available.
