HC Sean McDermott announced Monday that the Bills are opening the 21-day practice window for LB Matt Milano. The veteran tore his left biceps in August. Buffalo will now have three weeks to decide whether to activate him or end his season.
McDermott said they don't yet know how soon Milano will be ready to play but that he won't play Sunday against the Chiefs.
Once he's ready, Milano figures to reclaim the job that has been Dorian Williams' since the start of the season.
