DFS Showdown Tips: Broncos-Chiefs
It probably didn't surprise anyone when the Chiefs blew out the Broncos back in Week 7. But it came about in unorthodox fashion.
Patrick Mahomes threw for just 200 yards and 1 TD. Kansas City got TDs via a Byron Pringle kick return and a Daniel Sorensen INT return. Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Le'Veon Bell combined for just 14 rushing attempts.
For the Broncos: Melvin Gordon and Phillip Lindsay each had solid rushing days -- even though Lindsay left early with an injury. Drew Lock attempted 40 passes but threw a pair of picks and no TDs. Denver TEs amassed 17 targets in that contest, including 7 apiece for Noah Fant and Albert Okwuegbunam.
The rookie has since landed on IR. The Chiefs matchup, though, has remained positive for TEs.
