Mayer signed a contract extension with Vegas last week, tying him to the team through the 2029 season.

2026 Fantasy Football Impact
Mayer gave fantasy managers something usable against Miami, even if the production came without much explosiveness.
He drew only one target more than 8 yards downfield and averaged just 2.5 yards after the catch per reception. The 25-year-old could have added a red zone TD, but the pass arrived way too high.
Mayer was never going to replace Brock Bowers’ playmaking ability, but he did show reliable hands and clear trust from Kirk Cousins. That’s enough to keep him on the fantasy radar as a short-term fill-in.
