Raiders TE Brock Bowers (knee) is active for today’s game vs. the Saints. He was limited in Wednesday and Thursday's practices before sitting out on Friday, which HC Klint Kubiak said was planned. It’s safe to assume that Bowers isn’t back to 100% yet, but we haven’t heard anything about him being on a snap count today.
