For the second consecutive week the Rams were without their top WR Puka Nacua, and for the second consecutive week, pending Monday Night Football, Adams finished as a WR1. He followed up his 39.5 PPR point Week 2 performance with a 20.7 PPR point performance in Week 3. The veteran WR hauled in seven of his team-high 13 targets for 137 yards.

Heading into Week 3, Adams’ 28.1% target share ranked seventh among all WRs. He then drew a team-high 26.5% target share against the Broncos, keeping him ranked among the highest at the position.
Adams has been productive next to Nacua since joining the Rams last season, averaging 12.8 PPR points per game across the 14 games alongside him.
But in the now three games without him, the 13th-year WR is averaging a whopping 28.9 PPR points per game as Stafford's go-to target.
The Rams QB found Adams for three completions of at least 20 yards in the team's Sunday night loss. Which includes a 49-yard bomb in the fourth quarter where Adams picked up 42 yards after the catch.
Adams is a serious overall WR1 candidate every week Nacua isn’t able to suit up, and that’s a possibility for the third-straight week ahead of a Week 4 matchup against the Eagles.
