Commanders WR Stefon Diggs caught 5 of a team-high 9 targets for 35 yards in Sunday's 30-13 loss to the Colts. His longest catch went for just 10 yards, and he averaged 7.0 yards per catch. That came out to 8.5 PPR points. Diggs led Washington in targets ahead of Antonio Williams (8). WR Terry McLaurin didn’t play in the game, which likely funneled more looks to Diggs.
2026 Fantasy Football Impact: The Role Keeps Growing
The usage keeps trending up for Diggs. In Week 3 against Seattle, Diggs went 4-33 on 7 targets with a season-high 77.1% route rate, up from 65.8% in Week 1 and 56.1% in Week 2. He saw 2 more targets this week but gained only 2 more yards. The TD regression has arrived after he scored on 33.3% of his catches through two weeks: he's now gone two straight games without a TD. The Colts entered allowing the 3rd-most schedule-adjusted WR points (39.84 per game) and ranked 28th in pass defense DVOA, so this one should have been a smash spot.
Daniels' expected return should be an upgrade for the whole passing game. The Giants come next, ranking 12th in adjusted WR points allowed (35.60 per game) and 21st in pass DVOA. The 49ers are the tough draw, at 22nd (28.01) and 7th in pass DVOA. After the bye, the Eagles allow the 7th-most WR points (37.22) and rank 24th in pass DVOA. Diggs remains a WR3/flex with a nice opportunity against the Giants.
