Packers WR Christian Watson rebounded from a down Week 4 to drop a huge 6-143-1 line on the Bears. He’s now scored in six of his past seven games dating back to last season.

Watson’s first TD came from 42 yards out. The safety stumbled, allowing Watson to snag the deep ball with relative ease. Later, he caught another long-range pass, this time from 53 yards out. Watson somehow managed to hold on despite tight coverage.
“I was joking around with some of the guys after, that’s just one of those ones that you watch it back on tape, and you’re like, ah the DB should’ve broken it up or it should’ve been incomplete,” Watson said. “Sometimes, you just find a way. I was just tracking the ball. I wasn’t thinking too much. Just go get it and came down with it.”
Watson’s 8 targets led the team, just ahead of Matthew Golden’s 7. The second-year pro also went off for 6 catches and 123 yards, highlighted by a 50-yard deep ball down the middle of Chicago's defense.
As for Watson, he now owns a solid 22% target share for the season, helping him rank as the WR3 in PPR formats.
He’ll remain a lineup lock going forward, especially for Sunday’s matchup with a struggling Dallas defense.
