Nov 20, 2016	NFL	Pedal Foot Fracture Grade 1	6	Miller suffered a Lisfranc fracture to his left foot in the 2nd quarter, ending his season. He needed surgery.
Oct 2, 2016	NFL	Chest Rib Bruise Grade 1	-	Miller suffered a minor rib injury that rendered him questionable but didn't cost him a game.
Jul 31, 2016	NFL	Head Cranial Concussion Grade 1	-	Miller suffered a concussion in training-camp practice on July 31. He returned to practice Aug. 13 but didn't play in the preseason. Miller returned for the regular-season opener.

Aug 23, 2012	NFL	Pedal Achilles Sprain Grade 2	16	Miller suffered a partial Achilles' tendon tear on the same play where he tore his calf muscle. He hit IR before Jacksonville waived/injured him to sign another TE.
Oct 16, 2011	NFL	Shoulder A/C Joint Separation Grade 1	10	Miller had recurring issues with his dislocated right shoulder and hit IR after the Pittsburgh game. He had surgery in Oct. 20 and was cleared for action in late March.
