Aldrick Robinson Injury Updates

The Vikings expect to go without WR Stefon Diggs today against the Lions, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Diggs is dealing with a rib injury that kept him out of practice all week. His absence would likely mean more playing time for Aldrick Robinson. The switch certainly dings the upside of QB Kirk Cousins, but we wouldn't dramatically alter his fantasy outlook.

Falcons WR Taylor Gabriel (foot) is out for Sunday's game against the Saints. We don't have any details on the injury or know whether he'll be available for the playoffs. Gabriel's absence leaves Julio Jones, Mohamed Sanu, Justin Hardy and Aldrick Robinson as Atlanta's top 4 WRs.

Washington watched 4 players leave with injuries during Monday night's clash with Pittsburgh.  DT Barry Cofield broke his right hand, according to Redskins radio reporter Rick "Doc" Walker.  QB Kirk Cousins left with a sprained right foot.  WRs Leonard Hankerson and Aldrick Robinson departed with right knee and left thigh injuries, respectively.  No return timelines were immediately available for any of the 4 players.

ESPN's Adam Schefter confirms that Redskins WR Pierre Garcon will not play against the Bengals today.  He's dealing with a nagging foot injury that hasn't seemed to improve over the past couple weeks.  WRs Josh Morgan, Leonard Hankerson, and Aldrick Robinson will split snaps outside in Garcon's absence.  All 3 guys are shaky fantasy plays.

The Redskins have listed WR Pierre Garcon (foot) as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Bengals.  The foot injury continues to linger, preventing Garcon from doing much in practice this week.  In his absence last Sunday, Josh Morgan operated as the #1 WR, with Aldrick Robinson and Leonard Hankerson splitting reps on the other side of the field.  Morgan is the best fantasy bet among Washington's WR corps, but he's just a low-end WR3.
