Dolphins QB Tua Tagaovailoa will meet with neurologists this week after sustaining another concussion in Thursday night's loss to the Bills, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. "Tagovailoa will be seeking their input into the severity of his latest concussion and the cumulative effect of the ones he has suffered in the past to make the most informed decision about his future," Schefter writes. Tagovailoa contemplated retiring after suffering multiple concussions in 2022, so we have to believe that's on his mind now. At a minimum, he's likely looking at a multi-game absence. The Dolphins will turn to QB Skylar Thompson at least for Week 3. We'll see what they add to the position. Free-agent QB Ryan Tannehill seems like the easiest short-term fix.

Rams WR Puka Nacua could miss 5-7 weeks with his PCL injury, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Packers WR Jayden Reed (calf, shin) is expected to play vs. the Colts today, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Reed was added to the injury report and limited in practice on Friday. The injuries add more risk to a guy who already had a low floor with QB Malik Willis under center. Reed checks in just 46th in the Week 2 WR Rankings.

Colts WR Josh Downs (ankle) is "50/50" for today's game vs. the Packers, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "High-ankle sprains can linger and the team wants to make sure he has zero issues before he plays," Rapoport adds. We'll get Indianapolis' inactives around 11:30 am ET, but Downs should not be in your Week 2 fantasy plans.

"It sounds as if there is a legitimate question" whether Eagles WR A.J. Brown (hamstring) will play vs. the Falcons on Monday night, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Brown's hamstring "tightened up" on Friday, and he did not practice on Saturday. Between the late kickoff and chance of in-game aggravation, Brown is better off on Week 2 benches in most cases. If you're hoping to use him, you should have a Monday-night alternative lined up. Beyond the obvious guys, Eagles WR Jahan Dotson and Falcons WRs Darnell Mooney and Ray-Ray McCloud are options.

Lions WR Jameson Williams (ankle) is expected to play vs. the Bucs today, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Williams was limited in practice all week and listed as questionable. But he seemingly played through this ankle issue for part of his big Week 1 outing, so we're not expecting it to be a major issue today. Williams sits 30th in our Week 2 WR Rankings.

Chargers WR Josh Palmer (knee) is "tracking to play" vs. the Panthers today, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Palmer went from limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday to no practice on Friday, so it's safe to assume he won't be at 100% today. Try to avoid him in Week 2 fantasy lineups.

Bears WR Rome Odunze (knee) is "tracking to play" vs. the Texans tonight, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. It's been a speedy recovery for the rookie, who was sidelined on Wednesday and Thursday and limited in Friday's practice. Odunze said Friday that his injury is mostly a pain-tolerance issue. So it's possible that he winds up playing a full slate of snaps tonight. Still, the rookie would be tough to trust in fantasy lineups considering the injury and Chicago's Week 1 struggles on offense.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Bears WR Keenan Allen (heel) "could be used more sparingly than usual" vs. the Texans tonight. That's assuming Allen plays at all. He's a game-time decision and will test that heel injury pre-game, per Schefter. We won't get Chicago's inactives until a little before 7 pm ET, and Allen would be a shaky fantasy play even if he suits up. He should be on Week 2 benches.

Panthers HC Dave Canales said Friday that he expects TE Tommy Tremble (hamstring, back) to play vs. the Chargers this weekend. Tremble missed the opener and is listed as questionable for Week 2. He's not on the fantasy radar, but his return would knock TE Ja'Tavion Sanders off the flier radar.
