DFS Showdown Lineup Picks: 49ers-Cardinals

This was supposed to be Kyler Murray vs. Trey Lance.
Obviously, we lost Lance so long ago that he doesn't even seem like he's missing at this point. Murray, on the other hand, missed last week's game with a hamstring injury and is expected to miss another tonight. (And now comes word he might not even be ready next week.)
But all we care about in this space is tonight. So we move forward with Colt McCoy at the helm against a San Francisco 49ers defense that hasn't been particularly friendly to any position in fantasy football scoring. He is, at least, expected to have WR DeAndre Hopkins available, despite the questionable tag.
The Arizona Cardinals, meanwhile, have been much more generous to QBs, RBs and TEs, ranking 9th, 7th and 3rd weakest -- respectively -- in adjusted fantasy points allowed to those positions. (WR has been a different story.)
San Francisco's offense has gotten more complicated, though. Brandon Aiyuk has been outscoring Deebo Samuel for a while now. Elijah Mitchell appeared off IR last week and immediately passed Christian McCaffrey in carries. Jimmy Garoppolo had tossed 2 TD passes in 4 straight games before finishing with 0 last week.
So should we chase the passing or rushing pieces in tonight's showdown?
Let's check the values ...
DraftKings

Trey McBride drew just 1 target last week, but he played 91% of the snaps in the game Zach Ertz left early. That's a level Ertz only reached 4 times this season. And McBride's 81% route rate in that game trailed only Hopkins and Rondale Moore. That's an intriguing play at just $1000 in DK salary, especially against a 49ers D that has been tough on the run (4th in Football Outsiders' DVOA).
This might be a good game in which to play 2 TEs. The Cardinals rank 30th in FO's coverage DVOA against the position. The only question is whether San Francisco is interested in taking advantage. George Kittle has totaled just 7 targets and 4 catches over the past 2 games. The upside is clearly there, though.
