A Positive Christian McCaffrey Update

"I do not get the sense based on the conversations I've had so far that there are alarm bells going off about Christian McCaffrey at this point," NFL Network's Tom Pelissero said Friday morning. It's just about the most positive update we could have hoped for after McCaffrey was added to Thursday's injury report with a calf. McCaffrey was not in the locker room after Thursday's workout and did not do his usual media session, according to ESPN's Nick Wagoner. We'll get another update on McCaffrey this afternoon when the 49ers release their final Week 1 injury report.
