Denzel Boston Headshot

Browns WR Denzel Boston will start working with the first-team offense this week, HC Todd Monken said. Boston has had a strong start to camp by all accounts and is a good bet to open the season as one of Cleveland's top three WRs.

2026 Fantasy Football Impact: Playing Time Not The Problem

It was only a matter of time before Boston pushed his way onto the first team. The 39th overall pick boasts an impressive combination of size (6'4, 212 lbs.) and ball skills. He's been a standout dating back to spring workouts. And Cleveland's WR corps isn't exactly loaded.

A prototypical 'X' receiver, Boston is on track for a full-time role right out of the gate. He should line up primarily on the outside, opposite Jerry Jeudy, with fellow rookie KC Concepcion handling primary slot duties.

QB play remains Boston's biggest obstacle this season, with neither Deshaun Watson nor Shedeur Sanders inspiring much confidence in camp.

That could keep Boston from becoming a reliable managed-league starter, but he at least looks like an attractive target at a 13th-round best ball ADP.
