ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Rams WR Puka Nacua is still under league review for his off-field actions over the past 12 months. Nacua was accused of biting two women in Los Angeles on New Year's Eve and made an antisemitic gesture on a livestream in December.
What They're Saying
Schefter: "Cases that I believe are now being reviewed include that of Rams WR Puka Nacua, who could potentially face discipline for some of the offseason headlines that accompanied him. ... It's possible that when the 'Niners and Rams play in Australia [Week 1], it's within the realm of options that Puka doesn't play in that game."
2026 Fantasy Football Impact: Lower Floor, Still a Top-Four Pick
Schefter is speculating more than reporting here, but one of the best-connected insiders certainly has some information he's working off.
We'd ultimately be surprised if Nacua was suspended for more than a game or two, and we're not adjusting his baseline projections right now. But we are dinging his floor projection until we get more clarity.
We still wouldn't let Nacua slide past the fourth overall pick in fantasy drafts, but there's nothing wrong with taking Jahmyr Gibbs, Bijan Robinson, or Ja'Marr Chase over him for now.
