49ers WR Mike Evans (hip) "plans to play" vs. the Cardinals this afternoon, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirms that Evans is "good to go." He's listed as questionable after only getting in a limited practice on Friday, but this injury has sounded minor all along.
