Brock Bowers Headshot

Raiders TE Brock Bowers caught 6 of a team-high 11 targets for 86 yards and a TD in Sunday's 30-27 loss to the Chiefs. His longest catch went for 21 yards, and he finished with 20.6 PPR points. Bowers played 69 of 84 snaps (82.1%) and ran 49 routes, more than any other Raider. Fellow TE Michael Mayer caught 8 of 10 targets for 82 yards. Bowers played through a knee injury that limited him in Friday's practice.

2026 Fantasy Football Impact: Room for Two

Bowers picked up where he left off in his Week 3 debut, when he led the Raiders with 116 receiving yards. His 94.2% route rate (49 of 52) shows the knee didn't limit him. Mayer's role is real, too. He played even more snaps than Bowers (74) and ran 41 routes (78.8%), and his 8 catches led the team. Raiders TEs combined for 21 of Kirk Cousins' 48 targets (43.8%), with Ian Thomas adding a TD. Kansas City entered ranked 14th in schedule-adjusted TE points allowed (15.31 per game) and 5th in pass defense DVOA.

Las Vegas visits the Patriots in Week 5, then hosts the Bills and Rams. That's a rough stretch for TEs. New England allows the 2nd-fewest adjusted TE points (5.95 per game) and ranks 3rd in pass defense DVOA. Buffalo is the best spot, ranking 19th (10.85) and 18th in pass DVOA. The Rams allow the fewest TE points in the league (5.13). Bowers is a must-start TE1 regardless of matchup. Mayer is a TE2 who could have some appeal as bye weeks start up.
