Packers RB MarShawn Lloyd rushed only 10 times for 31 yards in Sunday’s win over the Bears, but he paid off for bold fantasy managers with a pair of goal line TDs. Those marked Lloyd’s first two career rushing TDs.
2026 Fantasy Football Impact
Green Bay's backfield underwent a shakeup against Chicago.
Lloyd led the team with a 43% carry share, but Pierre Strong emerged as the No. 2 RB with a 22% share. Kaleb Johnson didn't touch the ball until the fourth quarter, when the game was already out of reach.
Strong worked primarily in passing situations, finishing ahead of Lloyd in targets (4 to 2) and route rate (44% to 29%). Lloyd, however, handled both of Green Bay's goal-line carries. His most impressive TD showcased his power, as he ran right through DB Jaylon Johnson.
There’s still no indication of if/when Josh Jacobs will return to play. That gives Lloyd some spot-start appeal, but he’ll need to boost his efficiency to garner a more stable fantasy outlook. (He’s managed just 2.8 yards per carry for the season.)
Next up is a Dallas run defense that just allowed a career-high 165 yards to Bucky Irving. Treat Lloyd as a flex option.
