Raiders HC Klint Kubiak was asked after Sunday's loss to the Rams whether he'll consider a change at QB to rookie Fernando Mendoza. "I think at this point, we’re thinking about everything," Kubiak said. "How to fix our problems, how to fix our issues in the red zone, in the third quarter. Personnel, scheme, we’ve got to talk about all of it." QB Kirk Cousins somehow came away from Week 7 with a 295-2-0 passing line, but he was bad for most of the game, benefiting mostly from a pair of long catch-and-runs from WR Tre Tucker. The Raiders have lost 4 straight and the upcoming schedule isn't favorable. They get the Jets next week, but that's followed by the 49ers, Seahawks, and Broncos. Cousins seems like a poor bet to make it through that stretch. Now is a fine time to grab and stash Mendoza in 2-QB and superflex leagues.
