Titans RB Derrick Henry (foot) is officially active for today's Divisional Round game vs. the Bengals.

Titans RB Derrick Henry (foot) has been activated from IR, putting him on track to play in Saturday's Divisional Round game vs. the Bengals. Henry has been out since suffering a Jones Fracture in his right foot on Halloween. He had surgery a couple of days later and will be playing with a steel plate in that right foot. Henry's role and effectiveness is the biggest question mark of the weekend.

Titans RB Derrick Henry (foot) participated in a padded practice on Tuesday. He still hasn’t been activated off IR, but that’s the expectation ahead of Saturday’s game vs. Cincinnati. "I felt great," Henry said Wednesday via ESPN. "I just wanted to get some pads on. Haven't had them on in a while and got some contact going.” Henry’s last appearance came back in Week 8.

The Titans did not activate RB Derrick Henry (foot) from IR on Saturday, which means he won't play in Sunday's finale against the Texans. That locks in D'Onta Foreman as the lead back in a high-upside matchup. Henry appears on track to return for the playoffs. If Tennessee beats Houston, the Titans will get a 1st-round bye.

Titans RB Derrick Henry (foot) has been designated to return from IR. That means he'll be back at practice this week. We'd be surprised if Henry played vs. the Texans on Sunday, but he seems to be on track to return for the playoffs. He's now 9.5 weeks removed from suffering a Jones Fracture to his right foot.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that rehab is going well for Titans RB Derrick Henry, who is expected to return for the NFL playoffs. He adds that Henry might be available for Week 18 if Tennessee hits a must-win situation. That expected timetable indicates that fantasy owners who had been keeping Henry in a non-IR spot on redraft rosters -- or even in an IR spot, if you want to stash someone else there -- can go ahead and dump him for a usable option.

The Titans are still hoping to get RB Derrick Henry (foot) back this season, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports, but it might be unlikely. It "would be very surprising if he made it back this season," a source told Schefter. The injury Henry suffered -- a Jones Fracture -- is notoriously difficult to return from. We'll continue to monitor his rehab, but Henry is only worth stashing in deeper fantasy leagues, with the hope that he'd be back for the final game or 2 of the season.

Titans RB Derrick Henry will undergo foot surgery on Tuesday morning, HC Mike Vrabel said. Vrabel gave no timeline for Henry's return or any other details. Fox Sports' Jay Glazer reports that Henry broke the 5th metatarsal in his foot, commonly referred to as a Jones Fracture. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, meanwhile, reports that Henry is expected to miss 6-10 weeks. "Six would be quite fast, eight is more likely," Rapoport says. That 8-week mark would have Henry back for Week 17 -- or championship week in most fantasy leagues. You can hang on to Henry if you have an IR spot or a very deep bench. But he's also cuttable if you need to free up a roster spot.

Titans RB Derrick Henry suffered a "potentially" season-ending foot injury in yesterday's win over the Colts, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. "Henry is undergoing an MRI today to determine the full extent of the damage," Schefter adds. We'll update Henry's status as soon as we know more, but this injury obviously has major fantasy implications. Tennessee only has RBs Jeremy McNichols and Dontrell Hilliard behind Henry on the depth chart right now. RB Mekhi Sargent is on the practice squad. None of those guys are fit to handle anywhere close to Henry's volume. The Titans could add a RB before Tuesday's trade deadline. But we'll likely see them shift significantly toward the pass for as long as Henry is sidelined. It's good news for QB Ryan Tannehill and WR A.J. Brown.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Ravens RB Justice Hill suffered an Achilles' tendon tear in practice "recently" and will miss the season. Hill didn't appear headed for a big role, but he was 1 of just 3 RBs remaining on the Baltimore roster. The Ravens hosted RBs Le'Veon Bell, Devonta Freeman and Elijah Holyfield on Monday, according to SI's Albert Breer. We expect the team to add someone. Whoever that winds up being figures to slot behind Gus Edwards and Ty'Son Williams on the depth chart -- at least initially.
