Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet (knee) won’t play against the Chiefs on Sunday night. He put in a full week of practice and seemed on track to make his 2026 debut in this one, but he was ruled out on Friday. HC Mike Macdonald said it’s “part of the plan,” so it doesn’t sound like Charbonnet suffered a setback. We’ll see if he gets the green light for Week 8’s meeting with the Bears. Emanuel Wilson gets another game as lead back this weekend, although he lost work to both George Holani and Velus Jones last week.

Seattle's backfield turned into a 3-man committee in Denver on Thursday night, with WR-turned-RB Velus Jones seeing his most extensive action of the season. RB Emanuel Wilson led the way with 14 carries but mustered just 52 scoreless yards. Jones hit the field on the Seahawks first possession and finished with 4 carries for 20 yards, plus 1 catch for minus-1 yard. RB George Holani led the trio in fantasy points thanks to a 1-yard TD late in the fourth quarter. He benefited from trailing game script, pacing Seattle's RBs with a 58% snap rate and 50% route rate. Wilson played 32% of the offensive snaps; Jones 11%.
