Bears WR Chase Claypool (knee) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Eagles. We don't have any details on his injury, but Claypool didn't practice all week. With WR Darnell Mooney also out, Chicago is down to WRs Equanimeous St. Brown, Dante Pettis, Byron Pringle, N'Keal Harry and Velus Jones. TE Cole Kmet is the clear favorite to lead the Bears in targets this weekend.

Bears WR Velus Jones (hamstring) is active for today’s game vs. the Giants. We’ll see how big a role the rookie plays in his debut, but he’s not a fantasy option.

Bears WR Velus Jones (hamstring) is questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Giants. He was a full participant in Friday’s practice, so it looks like he’s ready to make his NFL debut. Jones, of course, is nowhere close to being a fantasy option.

Bears WR Velus Jones (hamstring) is inactive for tonight’s game vs. the Packers. Darnell Mooney, Equanimeous St. Brown and Dante Pettis operated as Chicago’s top 3 WRs in the opener. We’ll see if WR Byron Pringle’s role increases tonight.

Bears WR Velus Jones (hamstring) is doubtful for Sunday night’s game vs. the Packers. He was limited in Wednesday’s practice but sidelined on Thursday and Friday, so it looks like the rookie suffered a setback. Darnell Mooney, Equanimeous St. Brown and Dante Pettis operated as Chicago’s top 3 WRs in the opener.

Bears WR Velus Jones (hamstring) is inactive for today’s game vs. the 49ers. Byron Pringle and Equanimeous St. Brown figure to operate as the #2 and #3 WRs behind Darnell Mooney.

Bears WR Velus Jones (hamstring) didn't practice all week and is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game vs. the 49ers. Byron Pringle and Equanimeous St. Brown figure to operate as the #2 and #3 WRs behind Darnell Mooney.

Bears WR Velus Jones (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday. The rookie's availability for this weekend's opener vs. the 49ers is in doubt -- but he shouldn't have been in your plans anyway. WR Byron Pringle, who missed time in August, isn't on the Week 1 injury report.

Bears WRs Byron Pringle (quad) and Velus Jones (undisclosed) returned to practice on Monday. That gives both guys a shot to play in Sunday's opener vs. the 49ers. Neither guy should be in Week 1 fantasy lineups, but we'll be keeping an eye on how snaps and targets are distributed behind WR Darnell Mooney.

The Bears' WR depth chart is "clear," according to The Athletic's Adam Jahns. "It’s [Darnell] Mooney followed by Byron Pringle ... Equanimeous St. Brown and Velus Jones Jr.," Jahns writes. Mooney remains the only WR in Chicago likely to have 2022 fantasy value. Pringle and Jones are only worth shots late in fantasy drafts of 18+ rounds.
