Marvin Harrison Jr. Out For Week 18

Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. won't play in Sunday's finale vs. the Rams, the team announced. Harrison suffered a new foot injury in the Week 17 loss to the Bengals, on the opposite side of the bum heel he's been dealing with. It ends a disappointing sophomore season for Harrison, who winds up missing five games and parts of a few more. In eight games with a snap rate north of 70%, he averaged:

        • 4.0 catches
        • 61.6 yards
        • 0.5 TDs

His 13.2 PPR points per game in those outings would have ranked 21st among WRs on the season. The Cardinals figure to have a new QB and coaching staff in 2026, which can only be good news for Harrison's fantasy prospects.

WR Michael Wilson and TE Trey McBride figure to dominate targets against the Rams this weekend.

Marvin Harrison Jr. Has Injury To Other Foot

Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. left last weekend's game vs. the Bengals with a foot injury. It's on the opposite side of the heel injury he's been dealing with, HC Jonathan Gannon said Monday. We'll keep tabs on Harrison's status this week, but he seems unlikely to play in Sunday's finale vs. the Rams. His absence would make WR Michael Wilson a strong fantasy bet.

Marvin Harrison Jr. Aggravates Heel Injury, Doesn't Record a Catch in Week 17

Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. played only 33% of the snaps in Sunday's loss to the Bengals. That ranked a distant third among Arizona WRs, behind Michael Wilson and Xavier Weaver. In fact, he only drew one official target, which didn't arrive until late in the second quarter. Harrison eventually left the game after re-injuring the same heel that made him a limited practice participant all week.

Greg Dortch Out For Week 14

Arizona Cardinals WR Greg Dortch (chest) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rams. Dortch suffered the injury in last week's loss to the Buccaneers and was unable to practice all week. The Cardinals will also be without No. 1 WR Marvin Harrison (heel), leaving them short-handed against the Rams. Michael Wilson and Trey McBride should see ample targets in this game. Wilson is now a fringe WR1 in our Week 14 WR rankings. Xavier Weaver (hamstring) didn't practice on Friday, leaving Andre Baccellia as the only other healthy WR on the roster. Tent Sherfield, Jalen Brooks, and Brittan Golden are options on Arizona's practice squad.

Marvin Harrison Jr. Out Again Thursday

Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) missed practice again on Thursday. He's not looking like a good bet to play vs. the Rams this weekend, but we'll update his status again tomorrow. WR Greg Dortch (chest) has also missed the first two practices of the week, while WR Xavier Weaver was added to Thursday's injury report with a hamstring. WR Michael Wilson could be in for heavy volume on Sunday.

        Marvin Harrison Jr. Sidelined Wednesday

Cardinals WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) did not practice on Wednesday. He tried to play through this heel injury last week but ultimately finished the game on the sidelines. Consider him uncertain for this weekend's meeting with the Rams. We'll update Harrison's status again tomorrow. His absence would turn WR Michael Wilson back into a strong fantasy starter.

Michael Wilson Targets Lag Before Marvin Harrison Injury

Cardinals WR Michael Wilson continued to see full playing time Sunday with Marvin Harrison Jr. back in the lineup. But he trailed Harrison 7-4 in targets when Harrison left the game in the fourth quarter with a heel injury. Overall, Wilson's seven targets tied Harrison for second on the team. He caught three of them for 36 yards in the loss to the Buccaneers.

Marquise Brown out for Week 16

Cardinals WR Marquise Brown (heel) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Bears. He's been banged up for a while, so it wouldn't be surprising if Arizona just shuts him down the rest of the way. We'll see how WR Greg Dortch (shoulder) is listed on the final injury report later today. He didn't practice on Wednesday or Thursday. The Cardinals could be down to WRs Michael Wilson, Rondale Moore, and Zach Pascal this weekend.

Marquise Brown questionable for Week 13

Cardinals WR Marquise Brown (heel) missed practice all week and is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Steelers. He played through this injury last week, and HC Jonathan Gannon said Friday that Brown is “trending in the right direction” to play in Pittsburgh. We’ll get Arizona’s inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday. WR Michael Wilson (shoulder) is out again for the Cardinals.

Michael Wilson not expected to play Week 11

Cardinals WR Michael Wilson (shoulder) is not expected to play vs. the Texans today, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The rookie aggravated his shoulder injury in Friday's practice. Arizona will also be without WR Zach Pascal (hamstring) today, leaving Greg Dortch as the likely No. 3 WR. That arrangement figures to push WR Rondale Moore to the outside when the Cardinals go with three WRs. Moore, WR Marquise Brown, and TE Trey McBride have a chance to pick up an extra target or two with Wilson out.

Michael Wilson questionable for Week 11

Cardinals WR Michael Wilson (shoulder) is listed as questionable for this weekend's game vs. the Texans. He was added to the injury report on Friday and limited in practice. Wilson missed Week 9 with a shoulder injury and then played through a questionable tag last week. It's unclear at this point whether he's in danger of missing this Sunday's game. We'll look for updates on his status and get Arizona's inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday.

        Cardinals draft Wilson

The Cardinals made Stanford WR Michael Wilson a Round 3 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. Wilson spent 5 years at Stanford and never reached 700 receiving yards in a season. He posted a 56-672-5 line as a sophomore but then missed 16 games with various injuries over the last 3 years. When healthy, Wilson is a physical receiver with good route-running ability and strong ball skills. There’s some JuJu Smith-Schuster to his game. He enters a Cardinals depth chart that looks wide open for the long-term. DeAndre Hopkins remains a trade candidate, while Marquise Brown is entering a contract year.
