Noah Brown Injuries Must Be Worse than Commanders Realized

The Commanders on Wednesday placed WR Noah Brown on IR. That followed Brown missing Monday night's loss to the Bears, his fourth straight game on the sideline. The IR placement means he'll miss at least another four and won't be eligible to return until Week 11.

        Noah Brown Suffers Groin Injury

Commanders WR Noah Brown was knocked out of Thursday night's game vs. the Packers with a groin injury. He was primarily replaced by rookie Jaylin Lane, who registered a 52% route rate but finished with just one catch on two targets for 11 yards. We'll look for an update on Brown's injury. If he's going to miss significant time, Lane could be worth adding in deeper fantasy leagues.

Noah Brown Will Play Week 1

Commanders WR Noah Brown (knee) is not listed on the final Week 1 injury report. He missed most of August but will be available for Sunday’s opener vs. the Giants. Brown figures to operate as the No. 3 WR behind Terry McLaurin and Deebo Samuel but isn’t a viable fantasy option.

Noah Brown Done for the Year?

Commanders WR Noah Brown is "going to be out for a while," per HC Dan Quinn. In fact, Quinn mentioned the possibility of Brown going on season-ending IR while noting a "significant internal injury." The veteran was operating as Washington’s WR2, but now those snaps will go to Dyami Brown, Olamide Zaccheaus, and Luke McCaffrey. You shouldn’t count on any of those WRs for Week 15 fantasy production at New Orleans. Meanwhile, Terry McLaurin's outlook improves as a fantasy WR2.

        Noah Brown Injures Ribs

Commanders WR Noah Brown is questionable to return to Sunday's game vs. the Titans with a rib injury. Washington is up 35-13 early in the fourth quarter, so we doubt we'll see Brown again. He caught three of four targets for 27 yards before exiting.

Noah Brown Ready For Week 13

Commanders WR Noah Brown (knee) is not listed on the final Week 13 injury report. He was sidelined on Thursday but returned to a full practice on Friday. Brown should be ready for his usual role against the Titans on Sunday. He’s surprisingly out-targeted WR Terry McLaurin 33 to 25 over the last five games.

        Noah Brown Sidelined Thursday

Commanders WR Noah Brown (knee) did not practice on Thursday. He wasn't on the injury report on Wednesday, so it's unclear when the knee issue popped up. We'll see if Brown practices on Friday and how he's listed on the final injury report for this weekend's game vs. the Titans.

Jayden Daniels Throws Hail Mary In Victory

Commanders QB Jayden Daniels toughed out this week with a rib injury but won with late game heroics throwing a hail mary score to WR Noah Brown. He ended completing 21-of-38 passes for 326 yards and the lone TD. He also ran eight times for 52 yards.

Noah Brown Back For Week 6

Commanders WR Noah Brown (groin) was limited in practice all week but is not listed on the final injury report. He’ll be back, likely as Washington’s No. 2 WR, for Sunday’s game vs. the Ravens. Brown would be a desperation fantasy play.

        Noah Brown Out Thursday

Commanders WR Noah Brown (groin) went from a limited practice on Wednesday to no practice on Thursday. It looks like he suffered a groin injury on Wednesday and is now in danger of missing this weekend's game vs. the Browns. Brown has emerged as Washington's No. 2 WR in terms of routes but hasn't done enough to become a fantasy option yet.

Noah Brown to miss rest of playoffs

Texans WR Noah Brown has been placed on IR with the shoulder injury he suffered in Saturday's Wild Card win over the Browns. He'll miss the rest of the postseason. Brown flashed a few times during the 2023 season but was unable to string together more than a handful of healthy games at a time. The 28-year-old is due to hit free agency in March.
