Former Bowling Green TE Harold Fannin Jr. was one of the smallest TEs at the Combine, coming in at 6’3 ¼ and 241 pounds. He was expected to run in the 4.6s for the 40-yard dash, but just failed to meet that expectation, falling to 4.71. His stock may be dropping.
Fannin has been locked in as a top-five TE in the 2025 class due to his record breaking career at Bowling Green.
Not only was his 4.71 disappointing at 241 pounds, but he was also just average at the Vertical (34) and Broad (910).
The saving grace for Fannin may be his Agility scores which were excellent. He posted a 6.97 3-Cone (second fastest among 2025 TEs) and a 4.39 Shuttle (third fastest)
He still has a shot to go within the Top-100 for the NFL Draft, but it wouldn't be surprising to see him fall to Round 4 or 5.
Expect Fannin to be a divisive prospect as we approach the NFL Draft. The production will endear many, but Fannin was rarely covered in college and forced to make contested catches.
Either way, he doesn't appear to be a slam dunk dynasty TE who can contribute as a rookie. Keep an eye on his draft capital and landing spot before taking him too early in rookie drafts.
