RB TreVeyon Henderson has been a good bet to play a big role in the Patriots' passing game since the moment he was selected 38th overall back in April. But The Athletic's Chad Graff believes the rookie's performance in August might make him the team's lead ball carrier, too. "Before training camp, it was easy to envision [Rhamondre] Stevenson as the Patriots’ primary ball carrier with Henderson mixing in on third downs and [Antonio] Gibson spelling those two when needed," Graff writes. "But Henderson’s strong summer makes it seem reasonable that he’ll get half the carries, if not more."

He's set to play a big role right away in a New England passing game that's in need of some juice. Adding a significant rushing role could vault Henderson's ceiling into RB1 territory.
