Buccaneers WRs Mike Evans (collarbone) and Jalen McMillan (neck) will be designated to return from IR and practice on Wednesday, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Evans has been out since breaking his collarbone in Week 7; McMillan since a mid-August neck injury. It's still unclear whether either guy will be ready to play vs. the Saints on Sunday, but we'd at least expect them back by Week 15.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Evans is worth adding to fantasy rosters wherever available (35% in Yahoo leagues, 41% on Sleeper) as a potential starter in the fantasy playoffs. We wouldn't trust him in his first game back, but the Bucs get fine matchups in Weeks 15 through 17 against the Falcons, Panthers, and Dolphins.
McMillan figures to return no higher than fourth on the depth chart and can be left on the waiver wire outside of the deepest of fantasy leagues.
Other Winners & Losers
WR Emeka Egbuka's volume figure to take a hit once Tampa Bay's WR corps is back to full strength. The rookie has hogged 29.9% of the team's targets over the last five games.
He's been woefully inefficient, though, with a 45% catch rate and 12.6 yards per catch over the last five. Expect that to improve, especially with defenses needing to account for Evans and Chris Godwin.
Egbuka can stay in most fantasy lineups the rest of the way as a lower-end WR2.
