The Las Vegas Raiders have fired HC Pete Carroll after on season as the head coach. The 2025 Raiders season was disastrous, with the team going 3-14. Tom Brady is expected to be a major factor in the search for a new head coach.

Fantasy Football Impact

The Raiders have a strong offensive core for the next season with TE Brock Bowers and RB Ashton Jeanty headlining the squad. The QB position should be addressed with the number 1 pick in the NFL Draft with Indiana QB Fernando Mendoza or Oregon's Dante Moore.

Brady will be heading the coaching search. If the Raiders do bring in someone who can utilize the Raiders' current weapons, they could be in line for a fantasy improvement in 2026. Upgrading pieces like WR and O-line could go a long way to resurrecting Bowers and Jeanty as well supporting their rookie QB.
